- 1/2 lb. of ground pork
- 2 stalks of sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp. of grated ginger
- 1 tsp. of soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. of sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. of corn starch
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp. of cooking oil
- 1tbsp. of black bean garlic sauce
- 1/2 cup of water
Bell peppers come in different sizes, shapes, and colors. Any of those can be used in this recipe. I picked a large green bell pepper but if you get a smaller size, you might be able to stuff 2 bell peppers with the same amount of ingredients.
