It is the Japanese Hand Roll or Japanese Temaki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Temaki is a type of Japanese hand roll sushi. It uses a piece of nori sheet and wraps different ingredients into a cone shape. In this recipe, I use shredded lettuce and asparagus with the special temaki sauce. In the temaki sauce, ketchup will add sweetness whereas wasabi adds the spicy and pungent flavor.
